To complete the registration, please submit the payment by August 19th, 2024. The candidate is responsible for checking the registration information.

Registration Steps
1. Begin the process by filling out an application form on the website. You have the option to save your progress and come back to it later by using a link that will be sent to your email upon saving. Please note that this link will only be valid for 3 days.
2. Submit the necessary paperwork, which may include a scanned copy of your passport or Thai national ID card, proof of payment if you choose to pay via bank transfer, and transcripts of your previous grades if you opt for a carry forward mark.
3. To initiate a payment via bank transfer, please use the following bank details for Krungsri Bank.
On Test Day
Candidates are required to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled exam time. It is mandatory for candidates to bring the same National ID or passport that was used during registration. For candidates under 18 years of age, if they are to be collected after the test, parents, guardians, or authorized individuals must present the original ID that matches the scanned copy uploaded during registration. Writing instruments are permitted in the exam room, while mobile phones, books, dictionaries, papers, or any other devices are not allowed unless specifically approved for the subject being tested.
Notice
Regarding Carry Forward of Marks (for A2 Level):
Marks can only be carried forward for the same syllabus. All marks must be carried forward within 13 months from the initial examination attempt of the subject. It is essential to have all the marks for all papers that constitute the carry forward component. During the application process, you will need to provide evidence such as your previous centre number, candidate number, and previous results.
After registration
Following registration, a Statement of Entry, Examination Guide, and venue details will be dispatched to your registered email address. In the event that you do not receive an email, please contact us promptly. Otherwise, it will be presumed that you have received the documents in a timely manner.
Access arrangements, which may include modified question papers, are provided to accommodate students with special educational needs, disabilities, or temporary injuries during exams and assessments. Candidates in need of special arrangements are advised to reach out to us prior to registration. It is essential to submit pertinent supporting documentation, such as medical certificates, at the time of registration. To request an access arrangement, kindly provide all relevant details and supporting evidence to admin@efl.ac.th. Please note that if access arrangements are not requested and applied for in advance, they will not be provided.

Child Protection Policy
For children below the legal age, parents are advised to either wait for their child during the exam or designate a guardian to wait within the school premises. In the event that parents or guardians are not available, the child should inform the staff if they require accompaniment to the restroom for safety and security reasons. Please note that the EFL Learning Centre staff cannot be held responsible for children who are not within the immediate vicinity of the EFL Learning Centre.

CANDIDATE MUST READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT RULES & REGULATIONS
- A candidate is prohibited from registering for the same exam (syllabus code) at two different centers within the same series.
- It is imperative to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of each exam. Tardiness may lead to the non-acceptance of your answer script for marking. Candidates must adhere to punctuality for all examinations. In cases of late arrival, while the center may permit the candidate to take the exam, the answer script may not be accepted for marking.
- Missing an examination will result in the candidate not receiving a grade in the subject.
- Candidates are required to refrain from any form of cheating or unfair practices during coursework preparation and exams.
- During the exam, candidates must maintain silence, refrain from seeking or providing assistance, and avoid disturbing others.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the examination room.
– Only bring materials and equipment permitted in the exam room. Prohibited items include calculator cases/instruction leaflets, bags, non-transparent pencil cases, personal TVs or computers, electronic or radio communication devices (including mobile phones), portable music players, and any other unauthorized materials or equipment.
– Avoid using correcting fluid or correcting pens.
– Remember to bring pens, pencils, rulers, and any necessary instruments for the examination.
– Use blue or black ink for writing, except for multiple-choice papers which should be completed in pencil (B or HB). Colored pencils or inks are acceptable for diagrams, maps, and charts. Do not use correcting fluid, highlighter pens, or glue unless explicitly permitted by the syllabus.
– Refrain from borrowing items from other candidates during the examination.
– Calculators, dictionaries, and spell-checkers are not permitted unless specified for your specific exam.
– If using a calculator: Ensure it is functioning properly, check the battery, clear any stored information, and do not bring operating instructions or prepared programs into the exam room.
– Possession of unauthorized materials, even if unused, will lead to automatic disqualification from the exam.
– Listen attentively to the proctor/invigilator and adhere to their directives.
– Promptly notify the proctor/invigilator if you suspect you have been given the wrong question paper, if any materials are absent, or if the question paper is incomplete or poorly printed.
– Thoroughly review the instructions on the question paper and answer book/paper, ensuring strict compliance.
– Complete the necessary details on the front of your question paper and/or answer book/paper before commencing the examination.
– Utilize the provided examination stationery for any rough work. Cross out rough work and leave it on your desk upon completion.
Assistance:
– In case of feeling unwell or any other reason that may affect your performance on the exam day, please notify the proctor/invigilator.
– If you encounter any difficulties or uncertainties during the exam, raise your hand to attract the invigilator’s attention. They will provide assistance if feasible.
– Refrain from requesting or expecting explanations for exam questions.
– If you utilised multiple answer books or loose sheets of paper, organize them in the correct sequence and secure them together before departing.
– Do not exit the examination room until granted permission by the proctor/invigilator.
– Upon leaving the examination room, ensure to leave behind the question paper, your answer book/answer paper, rough work, and any other provided materials, whether utilized or not.
WARNING: Engaging in cheating, utilizing unfair practices, or violating the rules in any manner may lead to disqualification from all of your subjects.
